What the role offers

 

In this role as a Project Manager you are responsible for leading consulting and implementation projects for our well-known customers in the rapidly growing enterprise software market. This position requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and hands-on- project management skills. You are great at:

Identification and prioritization of customer requirements Engage, lead and motivate the project team Coordinate project resources and contractor resources for project work Manage stakeholder expectations and communication Managing risks, raising issues where needed and creating sensitivity towards timely identification & resolution of problems.Serve as a point of escalation, managing the escalation through resource assignments coordination between the different Open Text and customer departments/teams.  Facilitate effective communications at all levels between the customer and other departments within OpenText

What you need to succeed

 

Customer-oriented and performance-driven mind-set. Good understanding and experience of delivery methodologies, certification in Project Management e.g. PMI, Prince2 (waterfall and/or agile) is a plus3+ years working as a Customer facing Project Manager where you have successfully delivered multiple projectsExperience in the field of Enterprise Information Management (EIM) and/or Enterprise Content Management (ECM) is advantageous.Excellent interpersonal and effective verbal and written communication skills. Confident working with Project Teams both internal and externalAbility to provide accurate capacity forecasts against individual projects and resourcesWillingness to travel on site for exciting customer projectsFluency in Dutch and English, German is a plus
