**Manpower March Transition**
Our client located in Hillsboro, OR & Aloha is transitioning current CW's to Manpower! By Applying you will have the opportunity to stay in your current role and continue to work on your current contract. This is the first step in getting registered with Manpower.

**Job Description:**
You will continue to work in your current role and position there will be no changes at this time.
You will have two choices during this transition:
1. Transition with your assignment and stay on assignment at **INTEL** beginning **3/3/25,** or
1. Leave work at **your current assignment** and seek a different assignment with your current employer.

To kick-off this process, please begin the application and onboarding process immediately. **We hope to have the many steps of the process, both yours and ours, completed by 2/21/25.**
**GET STARTED** **TODAY**
1. **Create a profile by hitting the Apply Now Up above.**
2. Once you completed your profile within 24 hours you will receive **pre-employment paperwork** through an electronic onboarding tool. You will receive an email named “Onboarding Instructions” from Manpower at ( digital-noreply@eStaff365.com ) (Check your SPAM or Junk Folder). **Respond and take action** on emails from Manpower in a timely manner. **Complete all assigned tasks delivered via email within 48 hours.**
a. As a reminder for the conviction questionnaire, it is a required part of your transition assignment. It’s important to answer this question truthfully, as failure to do so may be considered a falsification. Since the offer is not contingent, this is a necessary step in the process.
1. **I-9** **: You will need to provide the appropriate documentation to a Manpower Representative or Remote Certifier (if applicable) on your eligibility to work in the U.S. Here are some examples of documents you can provide:**
a. List A Examples: U.S. Passport or Permanent Resident Card
b. List B & C Examples: Driver’s License or State ID and Social Security Card or Birth Certificate
1. **Sign any final documents via DocuSign/Bullhorn Onboarding**
2. Manpower will be required to run a background check
