The Division of Youth Safety and Permanency has the following opening for Psychosocial Rehabilitation Specialist (PSR) Family Services Worker (FSW) on the Foster Care Licensing Team located in Boise, Idaho. This position will carry a workload of families licensed to provide foster care and may also provide direction and guidance to Social Worker staff. They deliver and provide direct services to foster families and monitor a foster family's achievements of outcomes for safety, permanency and well-being. They also utilize an array of community resources to resolve issues and participate in interdisciplinary team staffing to support foster families and the children in their care. This position may be eligible for telework after successful completion of probation and necessary training. Approval to telecommute is not guaranteed and subject to termination at any time.
