Job Summary:
The Role The Ancillary Revenue Supervisor’s main responsibilities will fall on show days with the exception of departmental trainings and meetings. This individual will be responsible for communicating with the Ancillary Revenue Manager on a show by show basis to get all necessary tools, information and staff in the most optimal locations to maximize profits.
Responsibilities:
+ The Ancillary Revenue supervisor will be responsible for supervising their team in a dynamic environment to maximize the profits of all venue upsells such as Premier Parking, Lawn chair, Reserved Lawn, Fast Lane, VIP Club upgrades, Future Ticket Sales, and other upsell revenue.
+ The Ancillary Revenue Supervisor will be responsible for collaborating with the Ancillary Revenue Manager to strategize marketing ideas, pricing, and revenue management for all concert events.
+ The Ancillary Revenue Supervisor will be trained to use the technologies and applications that are used for point of sale stations and will be responsible for troubleshooting during the shows.
+ Responsible for providing continuous motivation for staff that is elevating the customer experience.
+ Implement and train team on experiential sales techniques to drive revenue.
Qualifications:
* Must be at least 18 years of age
* Prior cash handling experience is required
* Outgoing personality and customer service friendly attitude
* Ability to work in non traditional environment facilitating sales
*Ability to walk and stand for long period of time in various types of weather
*Flexible Schedule (days/nights, weekends).
