Job Title: Nurse Practitioner

Location: This role would be based out of York, PA but would offer telehealth support to our locations in Quakertown, York, Hillside, Dallas, Langhorne, and Lehigh Valley.

We are currently seeking a Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner to join our esteemed team of behavioral healthcare professionals and guide our clients in their recovery journey. Key Responsibilities:

Conduct history and physical examinations, review lab results, monitor blood levels, and handle sick calls and discharge preparations (including physician orders and prescriptions, if applicable). Provide support and resources to the adult residential program and detox as needed. Coordinate with the primary care physician and psychiatrist, with the assistance of the nursing staff, when appropriate. Collaborate with the nursing staff to ensure medications are cost-effective for clients post-discharge and complete prior authorization requests for medications. Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Addiction Medicine and/or family practice medicine.
