We are seeking a full-time Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner to work at our behavioral health clinics in Canton and Ogdensburg. This position is based out of Canton, although a hybrid option with some remote work and some in-person work is available.

The ideal candidate must hold a valid license authorizing them to practice as a nurse practitioner in New York State. A driver’s license is also needed as some local travel may be required.

Responsibilities will include serving as a member of the ACT Team, writing prescriptions and medical order for patients, scheduling follow-up visits and counseling individuals.

Other duties may include acting as a resource for both staff and patients to assist with decisions, planning and policies affecting the health of patients.

They will also monitor health status, recovery progress and relapse indicators. If necessary, providing or arranging for crisis management services may also be required.

Salary for this position ranges from $149,760 to $162,240 based on experience and qualifications.
