Psychiatric Rehabilitation Specialist
**Employment Type:** Full time **Shift:** **Description:** **RESPONSIBILITIES** **/** **REQUIREMENTS** + Bachelor’s degree in human services with 2 years’ experience in mental health direct service, 1 year of which must be work experience in PsyR service; + CPRP certification **OR** must be attained within two years of date of hire certification. + Valid Driver’s License + Ability to drive an organization vehicle + Pre-Employment Drug Screen + Access to Transportation **SCHEDULE** Monday through Friday 9:00 am to 5:00 pm with flexibility. **ABOUT THE ROLE** Our **Psychiatric Rehabilitation Specialists** provide individual and group interventions in our facilities and in the community. We believe in collaborative, person-directed and individualized services – and as such, our Psych Rehab Specialists are expected to perform individual assessments, develop goal plans, document daily and monthly progress, develop and teach class curriculum, and maintain outcome reporting. (You’ll also be expected to participate in regular staff and supervision meetings, and maintain agency and State-mandated training requirements). **ABOUT YOU** We’re looking for people who excel at seeing strengths and weaknesses, and can work towards progress while recognizing – and intervening before – crisis.
