Earn $19.12/hour with the selection of the Enhanced Pay Option.

Position Details:   The Psychiatric Technician II ensures the safety and well-being of residents in the Residential Program, with a focus on therapy and personal development.

Key Responsibilities: Lead psychotherapy groups to foster peer interaction, problem-solving, and treatment goal achievement. Assist consumers in building life skills for independent living and provide crisis intervention when necessary.  Maintain accurate documentation and follow all reporting requirements.  Support adult residents with household tasks and teach essential daily living skills (e.g., hygiene, time management). Contribute to a therapeutic environment that encourages personal growth, with opportunities for advancement within the program.
