Job Title: Psychiatrist Location: Westland MI Type of Position: Locums, Locums-to-Perm Start Date: ASAP Duration: 13 weeks with the option to extend Schedule: + Monday to Friday, day shift (business hours) Responsibilities: + Provide direct clinical care to pediatric patients + Provide clinical supervision + Conduct comprehensive psychiatry assessments + Order, initiate, and interpret laboratory tests + Participate in treatment planning + Discharge patients back to community from inpatient setting Patient Volume: 7-9 patients per day Required Certifications: + DEA + BLS + MI State License (No licensure candidates) Experience: + Completion of an accredited child psychiatry residency. + Be board certified or board eligible. + Completion of Child Fellowship preferred.
