Atlantic Health System is actively recruiting a Psychiatrist for a per diem opportunity at Morristown Medical Center to provide Psychiatric coverage for weekends and holidays. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS + Provide psychiatric coverage for the Crisis Intervention Services (CIS) and Emergency Department (ED) on weekends and holidays. Work collaboratively with the Mental Health Professionals in the CIS/ED + Provide psychiatric coverage for Psychiatric Inpatient Unit on weekends and holidays. Work collaboratively as part of an interdisciplinary team on Psychiatric Inpatients Unit comprised of nurses, social workers, therapists. + Provide psychiatric consultation for urgent medical-surgical inpatients on weekends and holidays. + Collaborate with and provide support to the Per Diem Psychiatric APN, as needed.
