DESCRIPTION OF WORK In this position, you will plan, develop, coordinate, and administer treatment services and programs at LYDC. You will consult with supervisory and counseling staff as a key member of the clinical team, ensuring compliance with department and bureau policies. Your responsibilities include evaluating treatment programs in assigned cottages, addressing any shortcomings, and participating in program development meetings. You will train direct care staff through modeling and presentations. Additionally, you will coordinate mental health services according to established protocols, assist in treatment plan development, and provide individualized clinical services.
