**About this role**
As aPsychologist, you willprovideclinical supervision and leadership to mental health services staff, while also delivering clinical mental health services including assessment, crisis intervention, individual and group therapy, and treatment planning. You willdemonstrateyour knowledge of psychotherapeutic theories andmethods, andutilize evidence-based practices toprovideeffective treatment interventions to clients. Your communication skills, empathy, and ability to work collaboratively with other mental health professionals will be critical in ensuring the best possible outcomes for clients.

**What you bring to the table**
Education
+ Doctorate in psychology
Experience
+ Significant professional experience in the mental health field that indicates knowledge of diagnosis and treatment of psychological disorders and psychological evaluation techniques, including psychological assessment instruments
Licenses/Certifications
+ Licensed or license eligible to practice psychology in Arkansas
**What you will do**
+ Providesdirect clinical services, including diagnosis, treatment of mental illness, psychological assessment/testing, individual and group therapy, crisis intervention, and training to staff.
+ Providesclinical supervision and leadership to mental health staff, oversees crisis intervention and suicide assessments, andparticipatesin case staffing and quality improvement activities.
+ Ensures clinical documentation is completed professionally and in a timelymanner, andmaintains data regarding services rendered.
+ Collaborates with clinical and administrative supervisors to develop and implement goals andobjectivesfor clinical servicesprovided, andassistsin developing facility policies and procedures.
+ May be asked to review psychological reports,providestaff development and training,participatein staff supervision, and arrange for 24-hour crisis intervention services, and promptly report any clinical concerns to the Program Manager.
