Join a dynamic team of committed and talented professionals who provide outpatient services to children in the foster care system. Spurwink Services is looking for a full-time Psychologist to provide psychological testing and team consultation at the Center for Safe and Healthy Families. Assessment and consultation will happen on site, with option for flexible remote writing days. The Psychologist will work closely with medical providers to provide a comprehensive health assessment for children in the foster care system.\n

DUTIES: \n\nConduct psychological evaluations of children in the foster care system. \nConsult to child protective services, the courts, attorneys, mental health treatment providers, and other community professionals. \nProvide expert witness testimony as required and comply with job related paperwork requirements. \nProvide trauma informed care to children and families Participate in the team consultation meetings. \nMaintain knowledge of current child maltreatment evaluation practices.\nMaintain compliance with relevant regulatory requirements. \n\n

QUALIFICATIONS: \n

Doctoral level psychologist, Maine licensed or license eligible. Experience administering psychometric testing to children. Ability to work on a team.\n
