What You’ll Do:

Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, utilizing evidence-based techniques to promote independence and positive behaviors. Collaborate with our clinical team to implement skill-building and care plans that truly make a difference. Accurately record session data using electronic devices to track progress and outcomes. Create a positive learning environment for clients and build strong connections with their families.

What We’re Looking For:

A high school diploma or equivalent. A willingness to learn and a passion for helping children with Autism. Patience, compassion, and the ability to stay calm in challenging situations. Proficiency in Spanish.

Important Details:

Services will be provided in clients' homes or community locations. All positions start part-time, allowing you to balance work and studies. You’ll need to complete the 40-hour Registered Behavior Technician course. We’re looking for candidates ready to commit for at least six months to help change our clients’ lives.
