Key Responsibilities: Provide Direct ABA Services: Offer one-on-one, evidence-based interventions to support the development of children with Autism, focusing on increasing independence and positive behaviors. Collaborate with a Clinical Team: Work alongside a dedicated group of professionals to implement individualized care plans that focus on skill-building and growth. Track Progress: Use electronic devices to accurately record session data and monitor each child’s development and progress. What We’re Looking For: High school diploma or equivalent. Passion for learning and a desire to make a difference in the lives of children with Autism. A background or interest in psychology or education—whether you’re studying or have studied these fields, you’re a great fit! Patience, compassion, and the ability to remain calm in challenging situations. Willingness to complete a 40-hour Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) training (we provide this!).
