In this role, you will be responsible for leading groups of SMEs throughout the development of certifications and evaluation process. 

Requirements:

Five (5) years demonstrated experience developing and maintaining certifications in compliance with accrediting bodies, such as the Institute for Credentialing Excellence and National Commission for Certifying AgenciesDemonstrated experience in applying knowledge of current industry best practices for certificationsFive (5) years of experience designing and constructing legally defensible test facilitation, Standard-Setting Panel AdministrationMaster’s degree (or equivalent) in Industrial Psychology from an accredited college or universityActive TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph

Highly Preferred:

Five (5) years of experience within the Intelligence Community and/or DoDCertified Credential Specialist by the Institute for Credentialing ExcellenceDoctorate degree in Industrial Psychology or related field from an accredited college or university
