JOB SUMMARY
Provides therapeutic services and diagnostic services to patients and families. This includes but is not limited to individual, group, and family therapy, mental health intakes and assessments, diagnostics, and coordination of treatment services for the patient.

Working in the primary care setting as a Collaborative Care psychotherapist,
Complete diagnostic assessmentsProvide short-term, evidence-based psychotherapyFrequently assess patient progress and update registryWork in a team with the patient, their primary care provider, and a collaborating psychiatristProvide patient-centered careMonday-Friday, day hoursEducational Requirements:
Master’s degree in social work, marriage and family therapy, clinical counseling, psychology, or other discipline that meets eligibility requirements for licensure in the primary state of practice
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in a medical or behavioral health settingFamiliarity with Behavioral Activation, Problem Solving Treatment, and Motivational InterviewingExperience providing care to a diverse populationCertification/Licensure Requirements:
Licensed to practice psychotherapy in the state in which the position is based. Licensed or license-eligible to provide telehealth services in other states in the market
Minnesota:
· Licensed Independent Clinical Social Workers (LICSW) or
· Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) or
· Licensed Professional Counselor or (LPC) or
· Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC)
Wisconsin and North Dakota:
· Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or
· Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) or
· Licensed Professional Counselor or (LPC) or
· Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC)
Salary
LGSW, MFT, LPC, CSW, LAMFT – Non – Credentialed Therapist - $30.28-$45.42LICSW, LMFT, LPCC, LCSW – Credentialed Therapist - $33.31-$49.82 Hired candidates may be eligible to receive additional compensation in the form of bonuses, quality incentives or production-based compensationWORKING ENVIRONMENT:
This position works weekdays. May be required to work some early evening hours. Work is performed in an office environment that is well lighted and ventilated and reasonably quiet. Able and willing to travel to neighborhood and regional clinic sites to perform duties as requested.
