Job Title: Part Time Administrative Assistant (10-15 hours/week)
Job Description
We are seeking a part-time administrative professional to support our team by managing purchase orders, working with QuickBooks, and assisting in various administrative tasks. This role will provide the opportunity to learn about smart technology in the residential sector and make a significant impact on our growing business.
Responsibilities
+ Create and place purchase orders for customers and vendors.
+ Work with QuickBooks to create customer profiles, estimates, and turn them into invoices.
+ Order and purchase supplies for customer proposals.
+ Provide support in creating proposals.
+ Process invoices.
+ Schedule customer appointments for the President.
+ Assist in accepting deliveries.
+ Follow up on payments and collections.
+ Handle other administrative projects as needed.
Essential Skills
+ 3-5 years of experience in Administrative Support.
+ Proficiency in QuickBooks.
+ Strong customer service skills.
+ Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook.
+ Ability to manage calendars and data entry.
+ Experience in creating and managing purchase orders.
Work Environment
This is a flexible part-time position, typically requiring 10-15 hours per week, ideally spread over two days.
