Maintains and cares for Bread Loaf Campus grounds and facilities. This Part-Time job maintains and cleans, picks up and delivers materials, furniture and equipment to campus buildings from April - November at Bread Loaf Campus.

This is a part-time, hourly, non-benefit eligible position. The starting pay for this position is $19.26.

Weekly shifts include some evenings, nights and/or weekend assignments. Clean and disinfect all areas of all buildings including the break room, offices, restrooms. Clean the interior of buildings including floors, carpet, rugs, windows, and walls. Disinfect commonly used items like desks, door handles, office tools and phones. Maintain cleaning inventory. Maintain outdoor grounds, cut grass, trim bushes, pick up trash, maintain common walkways and patio. Remove debris and snow from sidewalks. Empty trash and recycling bins, stock and maintain supply rooms. Perform minor repairs on machinery, equipment, and tools. Clean and maintain restrooms including toilets, sinks, showers, etc. Wash and clean windows and mirrors. Notify supervisors of unsafe conditions. Operate floor scrubbers and other equipment. Dust furniture and fixtures. Wipe tables, countertops and sinks and common areas. Maintain a clean and safe work area. All other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
