Job Description:
Job SummaryThis position addresses security and quality of services impacting UPS and its customers. He/She monitors and audits security policies and procedures, conducts investigations, and ensures compliance with government regulations. This position supervises Administrative Assistants, High Value Clerks, and Part-Time Supervisors.
Responsibilities:Maintains awareness of security issues among employees by conducting new hire orientation and attending cross-functional department meetings.Investigates incidents and prepares case reports.Develops and maintains sources of information.Conducts security audits.Trains and develops administrative employees, assigns work, coordinates office activities and conducts employee evaluations, salary reviews, and meetings.Resolves employee and customer issues.
Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree or International equivalentBachelor’s Degree or International equivalent in Criminal Justice, Risk Management or related field -PreferredWorking knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook
