\nDHL Express is currently hiring for a PT Service Agent. Operation Agents provide operational management and support at service center location to ensure efficient and timely pick-up and delivery handling of customer materials and shipments. This position will also ensures compliance with safety, security, regulatory, and company policies.
\nStarting Pay Rate: $19/hr
\nShift: Monday - Friday 5:30pm - 10:30pm
\nKey Responsibilities:
\n\nProvides customer service, sales and operational support for the Service Center \nAnswers phone and greets visitors \nResolves billing problems in relation to the Service Center \nResearches shipment tracking requests and provides feedback; attempts to resolve misplaced shipments \nCommunicates with Sales/Service to resolve customer problems \nAssists with operational procedures including sorting, loading/unloading activities, shipment processing and documentation, manifesting, bagging, sending shipment status information, and accepting/securing over-the-counter payments \nDispatches pick-up and delivery information in a timely and efficient manner; arranges daily pick-up schedules \nMay process or prepare import/export documentation and assist in the customs clearance process in some markets\nSkills & Qualifications:
\n\n\n\tHigh School Degree or Equivalent required \n\tPrevious experience in customer service/support or related field \n\tStrong Communication Skills (both oral and written) \n\tProficient in Microsoft Office Products (Outlook, Excel, Word) \n\n\nPhysical Requirements:
\n\n\n\tMust be able to lift up to seventy (70) lbs. occasionally \n\tMust be able to lift forty (40) lbs. frequently \n\tMust be able to walk, climb stairs, reach overhead, squat, bend, kneel, stoop and crouch repeatedly\n\n\n\n\nEmployee Benefits & Incentives
