The ATI Internal PT Travel Program Manager will oversee the day-to-day management and execution of the internal ATI travel programs including organizing daily activities based on the goals of the business, driving proactive communication between all parties, managing engagement, and rotational placement of current employees participating in the program. The Program Manager is responsible for the development and delivery of the traveler program training, participant tracking, related communications, and recruitment liaison support to our ATI Travelers and operators.
Responsibilities• Organize daily activities based on the goal of the organization and needed traveling PT program support; Provide logistical support with scheduling interviews, travel, and office visits. Perform interviews of Physical Therapists to assess qualities aligned with The ATI Way and Core Values and the program requirements. Work with Total Rewards partner to ensure appropriate incentive payments are submitted for payment based on program participants meeting the program requirements.
• Partner with key stakeholders including leadership to understand ATI business objectives and the resources needed to support the goals for our clinics and functional support centers. Work with the functional teams to ensure program/project properly aligns with enterprise level vision, strategy, and roadmap. Facilitate communication between leaders and the travelers throughout the process and drive education of the program internally and externally. Ensure performance standards are managed by the leader and updates are communicated back for appropriate continued participation considerations.
• Build long-term, value-added relationships including managing talent communities, providing meaningful experiences during the identification and attraction processes, and maintaining travel employee relations.
• Evaluate and assess the program’s successes and opportunities for continuous process improvement and monitor and track rotations. Process hand-offs, performance updates, and program adjustments recommendations for easy review and proactive leadership reporting and updates. Oversee new enhancements, program expansions, and specific program goals to ensure appropriate stakeholders are aware and aligned.
Minimum Education
Required:
• Bachelor’s in Healthcare or related field, HR, Business Administration
Preferred:
• Masters Degree in Healthcare or related field, Doctorate in Physical Therapy
Minimum Experience
Required:
• 3 or more years of coordinating or managing programs or multiple projects
• Experience working with cross-functional partners and indirectly leading others
Preferred:
• Previous leadership experience
• Previous engagement in sourcing/recruiting, acquiring, and retaining licensed clinicians
• Prior experience working with travel/contingent clinical operations providers
• Experience using iCIMS CRM/ATS and Dayforce
• An effective storyteller, highly influential in communicating the compelling proposition ATI has to offer
• Previous experience with travel Physical Therapy programs
• Previous experience managing PT clinician performance
