As a Public Health Associate Director, you will:

Lead delivery and management of engagement activities related to healthcare enterprise portfolio strategy, design, and delivery Provide subject matter expertise on healthcare system design and capital planning that deliver results towards effective outcomesLead team(s) conducting studies to improve healthcare planning and delivery for clientsOversee creation of compelling deliverables that engage technical and non-technical audiences to drive responsible decisions in healthcare system design, delivery, and capital planning at every level of a client’s organizationIdentify and mitigate projects risks around scope, schedule, and quality, effectively escalating to engagement leadershipDevelop strategies and solutions to solve complex healthcare system design, delivery, and capital planning challenges for our healthcare clientsBrief senior clients on results of planning, studies, and analytical reviews


What You Will Need:

Bachelor's degree12+ years of experience in the healthcare industry with strong experience in healthcare system design and capital planningComfortable and confident presenting to a variety of audiencesProven ability as a strong, detail-oriented writer and editor, with capability to deliver quality content in short time frames for a variety of audiencesExperience creating and maintaining project timelines along with responsibility for project reportingExperience writing and presenting reports and client/public-facing documentsExperience with qualitative and quantitative analysis and data visualization Experience shaping a framework in ambiguous environments and adapting to feedback and guidance from your team, leadership, and clientsAbility to develop enduring professional relationships with key internal and external stakeholdersAbility to create and lead clear and compelling presentations for clients on complex topics

What Would Be Nice To Have:Master's degreeExperience in management consulting delivering results for healthcare clientsExperience with the Department of Veterans Affairs, Department of Health and Human Services, or the Military Health SystemExtensive experience in a large-scale integrated health care system, ideally with a substantive focus on Veteran or Military healthcare 
 

The annual salary range for this position is $144,400.00-$216,600.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
