Summary This is a public notice for FAA authorized Program/Communications/Multi-media/Web Content Specialist (0301) positions open to U.S. Citizens. Positions may be announced for FV-F through J support the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act 2021. Positions to only be filled within the Assistant Administrator for Communications (AOC). Responsibilities Duties perform, supervise, or manage nonprofessional, two-grade interval work for which no other series is appropriate. The work requires analytical ability, judgment, discretion, and knowledge of a substantial body of administrative or program principles, concepts, policies, and objectives. Duties may include providing general media technical setup support services for FAA Public Affairs (AOC) to support events as well as works with broadcast media outlets; formulating and implementing programs, procedures and tools to support the communication functions of the FAA; or supporting the Social Media Manager and team with technical logistics and data reports of social media campaigns and daily postings across multiple social media channels, to include scheduling/calendar creation, content optimization, reviewing user comments/questions, measurement. Or Successful completion of 4-year course of study leading to a bachelor's degree, gained from an accredited college or university. OR Combination of education and experience may be qualifying for this position. FV-G. Possession of at least one year (52 weeks) of specialized experience equivalent to FV-F, FG/GS-5 thru 9 level. Examples may include: work that involved analytical research and evaluation of diversified programs, developing statistical reports, and administration and control of assigned projects. Or Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree or 3 full years of progressively higher-level graduate education leading to such a degree or LL.M., if related. Education must be directly related to the position. Or Combination of education and experience may be qualifying for this position. FV-H. Possession of at least one year (52 weeks) of specialized experience equivalent to FV-G, (FG/GS-10/11) level. Examples may include: experience with multiple social media tools, including posting, scheduling, and metrics reporting; recommending solutions and improvements to assigned programs; compiling, evaluating, and analyzing data; experience working with internal/external stakeholders. FV-I. Possession of at least one year (52 weeks) of specialized experience equivalent to FV-H, FG/GS 12 level. Examples may include: experience using a wide range of qualitative and quantitative assessment methods for evaluation and improvement of critical programs; collecting, analyzing and preparing factual information, project papers, briefings and staff reports; identifying, analyzing, providing process or program improvement recommendations to higher-level officials; maintaining and overseeing the functionality of FAA webcast and live video streaming program capabilities to include the development of agency-wide standards for web streaming and live video broadcast productions. FV-J. Possession of at least one year (52 weeks) of specialized experience equivalent to FV-I, FG/GS 13 level. Examples may include: analyzing, developing and presenting information relating to strategic messaging approaches that are intended to educate and inform employees about the agency's activities, achievements, events and accomplishments in the form of articles, broadcasts, website content updates, multimedia collateral and various executive communications vehicles.
