This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious Associate, Senior Associate or Legal Director looking to take the next step in their career. The Team Ranked in Tier 1 in the legal directories A market leading team of advisers on public procurement issues Act for a wide range of clients, including many contracting authorities and key suppliers to the public sector The Role Working as part of a national and very collaborative team Acting on behalf of a wide range of clients to include contracting authorities and key suppliers to the public sector Assisting public sector clients with the design of effective and compliant tender procedures and and advising on robust defence strategies Acting for suppliers on contentious and non contentious matters Handling a broad scope of work that will involve advising on procurement law and practice; State Aid; Corporate and commercial law; Regeneration projects; and Governance Requirements Minimum of 3+ PQE - no upper limit. Senior Associate or an Associate looking to progress to Senior Associate - more senior candidates with sufficient experience and business case for a hire at the Legal Director level will also be considered.
