Public Procurement Solicitor - Manchester/hybrid An opportunity for an ambitious associate / senior associate to join a national public procurement team at its offices in Manchester. This award winning team has a a thriving public sector client base, particularly in healthcare, infrastructure & projects, technology and central government contracts and a growing private sector client base, which provides a range of services to the public sector. The role Working on excellent quality, high profile, cutting edge projects and procurements that attract media attention Negotiating and drafting a broad array of contractual arrangements Working as part of a collaborative and supportive team Advising on the structure and processes for public procurements under the Public Contracts Regulations 2015, the Procurement Act 2023 and the Provider Selection Regime Progressing, drafting and negotiating a diverse range of commercial contracts of varying complexity and scale in a variety of sectors including health, central government, local government and utilities.
