Join an in-house team of PR experts with one of real estate’s most iconic and storied brands, Coldwell Banker.
The Coldwell Banker PR team supports a network of over 100,000 agents with more than $200M every day in luxury sales and serve hundreds of thousands of discerning clients across the globe. We create and execute bespoke PR plans that celebrate unique and exquisite properties, along with top-producing agents.
The PR manager will support the external storytelling and media relations needs of companies, leaders, and agents affiliated with Coldwell Banker Real Estate and the award-winning Coldwell Banker Global Luxury program. They will develop and implement public relations strategies to drive high-impact external media exposure surrounding national and local luxury initiatives and listings. The role ensures content, messaging, and media relations efforts meet all brand guidelines and legal parameters. This manager will excel in promoting the company in the luxury real estate PR realm given the caliber of agents the role supports and focus on luxury for the business.

Minimum Requirements:
BS/BA degree in communications, journalism or related field. A concentration in public relations is preferred. 5+ Years of experience in public relations and external communications in a corporate and/or agency setting with a focus on luxury, lifestyle and culture. Expertise in communication planning, AP-style writing, and best practices in external communications. Excellent oral and written communication skills and can effectively communicate across multiple platforms and to numerous constituents. Strong contacts and working relationships with a variety of media. Proven ability in placing media stories and managing relationships with lifestyle, consumer and business media, with a focus on luxury. Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. Use sound logical judgment to choose an appropriate course of action. Has the flexibility to change direction quickly when facts so warrant. Evaluate risks, consequences and interests of those affected by decisions. Proficient with MC Office suite of products. Must be proficient with media monitoring software services. Understanding of how to work within a matrixed organization and using a collaborative mindset on how to get things done and communicate. Ability to travel as needed.
