Description ICF Next is looking for a Public Relations trainee to join the PR team. **Main PR responsibilities** + Mapping of media outlets, podcasters, stakeholder organisations and influencers within the framework of European projects/campaigns + Pitching and reaching out to media outlets, podcasters, stakeholder organisations and influencers by e-mail and phone (mostly in English but any additional languages is an asset) + Providing support to the handling and coordination of our network of local PR agencies implementing projects at a local level + Checking online content generated by online users + Assessing the content based on a set of community guidelines and flagging the content that is not in line with these guidelines + Monitoring PR and social media activities and projects/campaigns’ pick up via dedicated monitoring tools or manual desk research + Analysis, reporting and presentation of results in dedicated reports and presentations + Handling of administrative tasks **Requirements** + Attention to details + Good storytelling and pitching skills + Good written communication skills + Excellent knowledge of English (any other language will be considered an asset) + Good understanding of EU institutions and interest in communicating about EU policies to EU citizens + At ease with Microsoft Office, mailings and survey tools + Proactive, solution-oriented and can-do mindset + Good interpersonal skills + Good organisational skills, multitasking and ability to meet deadlines + Willingness in acquiring new skills and undertaking new tasks + Quick learner, receptive to new information and assignments \#Indeed #LI-CC1 **Working at ICF** ICF is a global advisory and technology services provider, but we’re not your typical consultants.
