Requirements • A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required. • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation is necessary. • Prior experience in a similar role as a Public Senior Accountant is crucial. • Proficiency in auditing is a key requirement. • Comprehensive understanding of GAAP and other accounting principles is needed. • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills are required. • Attention to detail with a high level of accuracy in preparing and entering financial information is needed. • Advanced proficiency in accounting software and spreadsheet software is required. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are necessary. • Strong organizational and time management skills are needed. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team is required. • Demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously is necessary. • High ethical standards and professionalism, with confidentiality being crucial in this role, are required.
