BARCLAY WATER MANAGEMENT, INC. is now part of the Ecolab family! Barclay manufactures a wide range of specialty treatments for controlling water chemistry in heating, cooling, process, and power generating systems. We are currently looking for a Public Water Systems Coordinator for our Environmental Group (EG) Compliance Team located in Nevada. Barclay’s Environmental Group was established to enable clients to minimize the risks associated with Legionella bacteria and other waterborne pathogens in their facilities.
This is a remote role based out of Nevada. There will be up to 50% travel required for this role. Ecolab reimburses for mileage at the federal reimbursement rate.

What You Will Do
Assist Public Water Systems Director to create application submissions and coordinating construction and operating permits.
Assist Regulatory and Compliance Director for Public Water System compliance monitoring by obtaining quotes from laboratories, scheduling courier pick-ups, and shipping sampling supplies.
Assist Public Water Systems Manager in monitoring the status of compliance projects with third-party laboratories.
Review and enter both laboratory and field monitoring data, and process compliance reports.
Assist with the preparation and submission of drinking water reports to state and federal regulatory agencies.
Assist Environmental Group Compliance Team with maintaining Public Water System regulatory requirements.
Produce iChlor® Remediation Reports and iChlor® Hybrid Reports.
Provide guidance and training to Sales Team focusing on Public Water System compliance.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree
Possess a current and valid Driver’s License

Preferred Qualifications
B.S. in Science or Engineering or B.A. in Environmental Sciences
Experience with MS Office
Drinking Water Operator License
Attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines
Educational background and/or prior professional experience related to municipal drinking water systems, EPA Safe Drinking Water Act, waterborne pathogens such as Legionella bacteria
Excellent communication and organizational skills
