We are looking for a for a passionate, collaborative and results-oriented Global Immunology Publications Lead to join our Medical Affairs team, at our Headquarters in Brussels (Belgium) or in the UCB offices Slough(UK) or Monheim (Germany).

 

About the role

As the Global Immunology Publications Lead, you will drive the publication strategy for UCB’s Immunology portfolio, ensuring the timely and accurate dissemination of scientific data to key stakeholders. You will collaborate with internal and external experts to produce high-quality scientific publications and contribute to UCB's commitment to transparency and scientific integrity.

 

Who you’ll work with

You will work closely with cross-functional teams including medical, clinical, and regulatory experts. You will also collaborate with external stakeholders, including authors, journal editors and the scientific communities, to communicate the value of UCB’s immunology products.

 

What you’ll do

Lead the planning and execution of the Strategic Publication Plan for UCB’s Immunology PortfolioDevelop high-impact publications tailored to key audiences and aligned with medical strategiesEnsure compliance with internal and external guidelines throughout the publication processBuild and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholdersAdhere to the highest standards of scientific integrity in data interpretation and publicationStay up to date with innovations in scientific publications and communication strategies

 

Interested? For this role, we’re looking for the following education, experience, and skills

Master’s degree in biosciences, preferably Ph.D.Minimum of 2 years’ experience publishing in the pharmaceutical industry (CMPP certification desirable)Solid background or experience in immunology therapeutic areas and / or biologic treatmentStrong understanding of Good Publication Practice and ICMJE guidelinesAbility to manage publication processes and vendor relationshipsExcellent written and spoken English; additional languages an assetStrong communication and collaboration skills across interdisciplinary teams
