Training Systems Specialist 

Barrick is looking for a Training Systems Specialist to join our Human Resources team. The primary objectives of this role are to maintain the Learning Management Systems, ensuring that all training offerings are published, tracked, and reported on a regular basis; as well as to assure that systems compliance is met by all involved personnel.

Qualifications:

Bachelor of Computer Science, Educational Technology, or related area, required. English intermediate level, required. Intermediate SQL database management, required. Proficient in Microsoft Office, required. Ability to write reports using database-oriented tools, required. Process Analysis Capability (creation of UML diagrams), required. Ability to create dashboards using Power BI, preferred. HTML and programming knowledge, preferred. Oracle Human Capital Management (HCM), preferred. Experience in the use of Power Apps, preferred. Good writing skills, required. High ethical standards and integrity, required.  1-3 years of experience working with Learning Management Systems, required.
