Job Description

Customer Service Representatives responsibilities include:

Can lift 10 to 20 pounds / help stock / help prepCan lift 10 to 20 pounds lift trash to dumpsterPrepare and cook pizzas according to company recipes and standardsOperate pizza-making equipment safely and efficientlyManage incoming phone orders with accuracy and politenessProvide excellent face-to-face customer service at the counterHandle cash and credit card transactions accuratelyMaintain a clean and organized work areaFollow food safety and hygiene protocolsCollaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periodsAssist in inventory management and stock rotationParticipate in upselling and promoting special offers to customersAddress customer complaints or concerns professionally and efficientlyAdhere to company policies and procedures at all timesAssist in training new team members as neededContribute to a positive work environment through teamwork and communicationPerform opening and closing duties as assignedAlways arrive on time and ready to workSmile and provide friendly service to all customersClearly communicate with customers and team membersBe a team player and support colleagues as neededUnderstand and demonstrate the importance of professionalism in the workplace

Great attitudeAbility to work well in a team environmentUnderstands the importance of punctuality and attendanceGood work ethicQuick learnerEager to excelUnderstands the importance of professionalismBasic math skills for handling cash transactionsPhysical ability to stand for extended periods and lift 10-20 poundsFlexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidaysStrong multitasking abilitiesBasic computer skills for operating point-of-sale systemsExcellent verbal communication skills in EnglishFood handler's certification (preferred)High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)Previous experience in food service or customer service (preferred)Must be at least {AGE} of age (or as per local labor laws)Must 16 / 17 years of age to start
