Pay:   $20.00 per hour. Occasional (OT). Additional positions could pay even more for additional experience!

Overview

Set up and maintain the production line for safe labeling and pulling of door materials.  Performs general manual labor tasks including wrapping, lifting, and moving materials. Assists a variety of functions with manual labor tasks as needed. Has knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job. Works under immediate supervision.

Adaptability in a fast-paced environment with attention to detailAssists in any phase of Production Shop operationRelies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the jobPulling needed materials as directedPulling doors onto palletsDouble check pallets and ensure the right doors have been pulled before taking them to the staging areaMaintain a safe and clean work environmentHousekeeping duties including all forms of warehouse cleanupWorks under immediate supervision. Primary job functions do not typically require exercising independent judgment. Typically reports to a supervisor/managerPull folder and review pulling doors to be palletizedMeasure and count products and materialsPerforms other miscellaneous jobs as directed
 

What you will need:

High School diploma or equivalent preferred but not requiredBasic computer skills a plus1-2 Years in the field or related area

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

Has knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular fieldProduce quality workAbility to operate manual pallet jack and other required materials handling equipmentAbility to work independently and effectively in a team environmentPrevious warehouse/manufacturing experienceAbility to stand and work for 8–10 hours per dayWillingness to work overtime when neededAbility to organize and maintain detailed recordsAbility to work well in a fast-paced environment and have the ability to multi-taskRead tape measure to 1/32" inchAbility to lift to 50+lbsAbility to speak, read, and write English with proficiencyAbility to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence and memos•Regular attendance and timeliness is an essential function of the job in order to avoid any disruptions in production and customer serviceFollow all operational and safety SOP’s as written
