Pump Assembler

Our client, a leader in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a Pump Assembler to join their team. As a Pump Assembler, you will be part of the production department supporting the assembly and testing of pumps. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, the ability to adapt to changing priorities, and a strong sense of professionalism which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Pump Assembler
**Location:** Pittsburgh, PA
**Pay Range:** $18-19/hr
**What's the Job?**
+ Test pumps and provide documentation of results.
+ Pull literature for pump orientation and assist with assembly and testing of electrical functions.
+ Inform Pump Supervisor if production schedules are not being met.
+ Maintain personal inventory and condition of tools, confirming pulled parts with Bills of Materials.
+ Support other departments as necessary to ensure project flow and completion.
**What's Needed?**
+ High school diploma or GED required.
+ Excellent communication skills and experience in inventory control/assembly work.
+ Computer skills in Windows-based programs, including Outlook and SAP.
+ Ability to lift 50-75 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment.
+ Ability to work independently and with others, and to adapt to changing priorities.
