Additional InfoWhat you will need:
2 years of experience as a Level 2 Pump Mechanic, with demonstrated proficiency in all Level 2 skills and requirements or equivalent pump mechanic experience.Complete knowledge in rebuilding, servicing and maintaining various types of pumps with a minimum of 5 years’ experience.Extensive knowledge of the INFOR system, with the ability to create work orders, order parts, and document inspection results and findings accurately.Skilled in disassembling, inspecting, and evaluating centrifugal pumps using micrometers and dial indicators.Ability to inspect, troubleshoot, and rebuild pumps in the plant or other outlying areas of the facility.Pass pre-placement drug/ alcohol screen, physical and functional capacity evaluation.
What will set you apart:
Prior welding fabrication experience.Capable of independently working on various production-related machinery without supervision.Ability to keep accurate and organized records as it relates to pump and machinery rebuilds and inspections.Able to direct and train Pump Mechanics in level 1 and 2.Trainable in safety, and product safety and job duties.
