Pump Shop Hand
LOCAL APPLICANTS ONLY (within 1 hour commute of Williston)     ROLE STATEMENT:
The Pump Shop Hand will be a member of the Fracturing Department, reporting to the Maintenance Manager. The Pump Shop Hand is responsible for safe and efficient fluid end repair/replacement, and readiness testing for all types of Frac equipment. The pump shop hand will be carefully trained by maintenance, mechanics and iron personnel to ensure the importance of their position and understand Calfrac Well Services safe work practices.   JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Changing fluid-ends on pump truck Function testing of Frac equipment Replace Iron on Frac pumps Assist mechanics on routine maintenance and repair Pressure test Iron, Test equipment on test tank, Check for expired Iron Wash and inspect equipment to ensure field ready   SCHEDULE: 14 days on, 7 days off Open to local and non-local candidates   EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION: 2+ years of related and progressive work experience Oilfield equipment operation experience a plus High school or GED   COMPENSATION: Competitive Hourly Rate plus Overtime Health and Dental Benefits, Paid Vacation Days Hourly Premium provided for Local employees Paid Training   EXTENSIVE TRAINING: Every new hire attends Orientation and Training School (OaTS) Information is provided about Calfrac’s HSE policies and procedures Opportunities for career advancement through CERT program Hands on training   WHY CALFRAC?
