In this role, you will be responsible for Product quality review associated with process.
As a Process Quality Engineer, you will be responsible for:
Leading the assigned Cell/Line in establishing and maintaining a high level of quality within the product line through effective initiation of Root Cause Analysis (RCA), corrective action, statistical process control, quality plans, workstation audits and overall quality initiatives.
Providing answers to Customer’s issues through Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and corrective and preventive action plan,
Driving the Cell / Line towards defect / COQ reduction and zero punch list targets, characterizing the recurrent causes and the consequent corrective / preventive actions, involving all the impacted functions and those which generated the non-conformities.
Leading reviews with Quality, Manufacturing and Business leaders to monitor Quality programs execution and Quality indicators performance, such as weekly Defects reviews and quarterly QR.
Verifying the implementation and the efficiency of the actions, through the subsequent analysis of defects.
Guaranteeing that the process for non-conformity management and Punch List is correctly applied and that the Non-Conformity Report (eNCR) is appropriately documented.
Being reference point for Quality Inspectors in Non-conformities management.
Driving and assuring special and critical processes qualification & control and performing workstation audits.
Driving and maintaining qualification of contractors’ activities and publishing relevant contractors’ scorecards.
Ensuring that all functions are committed and in compliance to ISO standards.

Have a BSc in Engineering fields with proven experience in quality, continuous improvement.
Be able to show good problem-solving, process improvement and analytical skills along with interpersonal and leadership skills.
Show the ability to work in a global environment and to influence others.
Have a cultural ambassador attitude.
Demonstrate exceptional verbal and non-verbal communication skills, both in Italian and English.
Be Internal Auditor certified.
