**Job Title: Punch Press Operator** **Job Description** This role involves operating and setting up 100-400 ton punch press machinery daily within a manufacturing setting, and if will eventually also learn the processes for machine set-up as well. **Hours** : 2nd shift hours 2:30pm-11pm Monday-Friday (training would occur on 1st shift schedule for 3-4 weeks depending on learning curve) **Pay** : based off experience, without experience with punch press specifically will start $18.00 per hour, and after training increase to $20.00 per hour with experience on Punch Press starting pay will be $20.00 per hour, and increased to $22.00 per hour after training period. **Responsibilities** + Operate and set up Punch press machine to meet production goals + after trained on set-ups, will perform 2-4 setups per day. + Work off mechanical blueprints. **Essential Skills** + 1+ years of experience operating + Knowledge of general machine set-up **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience with plastic or aluminum press machines. + Experience working in a packaging or paper conversion environment. + Experience in the bagging, wax, or print industry. **Why Work Here?** We manufacture a wide range of aluminum foil products and have a strong reputation for employee loyalty, with an average tenure of over 20 years.
