Punch Press Operator

Paying $22 / HR - $27 / HR

Location - Portland, OR

Responsibilities:

Run stamping and press equipment in a fabrication environment. Set up dies, verify they are in good condition, and make any adjustments needed to pressure and placement at the computer controller. Check for quality, verify parts are meeting quality standards with precision measuring devices during initial set-up and throughout production runs. Load materials and keep the machine ready to run parts. Troubleshoot any issues with dies or their ability to run uncorrupted with die maintenance team.

Qualifications:

Progressive die or stamping experience is a plus. CMM and/or inspection experience with high tolerance parts. Experience maintaining dies or progressive dies. Experience suing CNC or computer controllers to make adjustments to equipment.

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $27.00
