ResponsibilitiesRun stamping and press equipment in a fabrication environment.Set up dies - verify die is in good condition, correct placement, and make adjustments as needed.Check for quality - use precision measuring devices to ensure parts meet quality standards during initial set-up and throughout production runs.Load material - manage steel coils and ensure the machine is ready to run parts.Troubleshoot - address any issues with dies or their operation in collaboration with the die maintenance team.Essential SkillsExperience in punch press operation.Proficiency in setting up dies, making adjustments, and operating progressing punch press and stamping machinery.Knowledge of GD&T, CMM, Statistical Process Control, Tooling, Lock Out Tag Out, LEAN, and Height Gauges.Why Work Here?
