Purchasing Accounting Coordinator

Job Information:
Location: Lakewood, NJ 
Contract-to-permanent opportunity 
Hours: 9:00am-5:00pm Monday-Friday
Pay-rate: $30.00/hour depending on experience 


Purchasing Accounting Coordinator Job Duties: Develop and manage the budget for procurement activities. Forecast financial needs and manage cash flow related to purchasing. Analyze procurement data to identify cost-saving opportunities. Negotiate terms and conditions to achieve favorable financial outcomes. Implement strategies to reduce procurement costs. Build and maintain relationships with key suppliers to ensure cost-effectiveness. Perform accounts payable and accounts receivables. Prepare invoices.
Purchasing Accounting Coordinator Job Requirements:  3+ years of related experience. Strong experience with QuickBooks and MS Excel.  Strong attention to detail.  Experience with having direct communication with vendors and suppliers.  Available to start immediately.
