As a Purchasing Admin with PCB Piezotronics, Inc, you will help the organizational efficiency of the group by managing data and reports, supporting late orders and expediting orders as needed, and assisting with paperwork and documentation. This position reports to the Purchasing Manager and is responsible for accurate and timely assistance in administration of the purchasing process, while in compliance with all policies and procedures. Administrative support to multiple team members.
Additional Duties:
Promotes teamwork, cooperation and commitment to “Total Customer Satisfaction” among team members.
Support accounts payable and credit card reconciliation with vendor invoices and PO’s.Maintain, run, and distribute Purchasing Reports in support of department standard work.Support buyers in PO management by following up on past due orders, expediting delivery of orders, creating new releases on existing orders, adjusting delivery schedules, following up on due dates and making special arrangements for delivery as needed.Helps to maintain business system data accuracy.Supports maintenance and creation of department documentation. May serve as the department document administrator.Supports departments initiatives, goals, and projects.Creates and maintains organizational system for department documentation, including contracts, records, logs, and trackers.Assist department with resolution of non-conformance issues for purchased items. Assure proper authorization, screening, and recording of visitors to PCB. Act as the primary point of contact for vendor service providers at PCB. Provides support to other supply chain and operations departments as required.Minimum Qualifications:
Education:
High School diploma, or equivalent.
Experience:
Intermediate computer skills, including Microsoft Office, specifically Microsoft Word and Excel.

Some college education
Experience:
Proficient in Microsoft Office, including mastery of Excel.
ERP system, preference given to Infor Syteline.
1 year Admin Experience in Supply Chain, Customer Service, or Accounting
