Summary: Seeking a Purchasing Administrator to support purchasing and supply chain operations through coordination and administration of purchase transactions.
Requirements:
Proven ability to multitask Proficient in MS Office with mid to advanced Excel skills Executive admin or similar experience Minimum Associate's degreePreferred Skills:
Experience with Jaggaer and DLV ERP systemsResponsibilities:
Coordinate daily purchase transactions Create non-stock purchase orders Review and resolve invoice issues Expedite, cancel, or defer purchase orders as needed Generate metrics on a daily, weekly, and monthly basisPay Details: $20.00 to $25.00 per hour
