Description We are offering a permanent employment opportunity for a Purchasing Agent based in Sunrise, Florida. This role will involve working closely with our partner, Land N Sea, requiring occasional visits to their Pompano Office. The majority of the work can be completed from home. Responsibilities: • Manage buying processes to ensure efficiency and accuracy • Utilize ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning and accounting software systems such as Epicor and Great Plains (GPAC) for purchase management • Perform accounting functions related to purchasing, adhering to budget processes • Collaborate closely with Land N Sea's Director of Purchasing, sometimes requiring presence in their Pompano Office • Keep accurate records of purchases and accounts payable (AP) • Monitor and adapt to changes in ERP solutions and About Time software to streamline purchasing processes. Requirements • Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems is necessary. • Familiarity with Epicor is a significant plus. • Must possess knowledge in ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning. • Experience with ERP Solutions is a key requirement. • Understanding of Great Plains (GPAC) is beneficial. • Ability to use About Time is desired. • Proficiency in various Accounting Functions is mandatory. • Experience with Accounts Payable (AP) is crucial. • Knowledge of Budget Processes is highly desirable. • Familiarity with Buying Processes is required.
