Description We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for a Purchasing Agent in the Wholesale Distribution industry, located in Jamaica, New York. In this position, you will be utilising your skills in Accounting Software Systems, Epicor, ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning, ERP Solutions, Great Plains (GPAC), About Time, Accounting Functions, Accounts Payable (AP), Budget Processes, Buying Processes, and Sage MAS 500. Responsibilities: • Utilize Epicor and other Accounting Software Systems to streamline the buying processes • Efficiently manage ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning to enhance business operations • Ensure accurate accounting functions and maintain accounts payable (AP) • Oversee and manage budget processes to ensure financial stability • Leverage ERP solutions to improve business performance and efficiency • Utilize Great Plains (GPAC) and Sage MAS 500 to manage financial transactions • Use the 'About Time' software to optimize time management and productivity.
