Description We are seeking a Purchasing Agent to join our procurement team. This role is crucial in ensuring our company secures high-quality materials, products, and services at the best possible price. Job Responsibilities: + Research, evaluate, and select suppliers based on quality, price, and reliability. + Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with vendors. + Prepare and process purchase orders and requisitions. + Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with internal departments to determine purchasing needs. + Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations. + Track orders and ensure timely delivery of materials and supplies. + Resolve discrepancies with invoices, orders, and deliveries. + Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and supplier performance. + Develop and maintain relationships with key suppliers.
