We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Purchasing Agent II to join our team. This role involves identifying and sourcing electronic components and manufacturing-related equipment, working with suppliers and manufacturers, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities
+ Identify and source electronic components.
+ Identify and source electronic manufacturing-related equipment and supplies.
+ Work with suppliers and manufacturers to develop specific supply lines and related products without supervision.
+ Follow up on delivery date commitments.
+ Negotiate pricing for products without supervision.
+ Recommend solutions for product-related problems.
+ Ensure compliance with regulatory and statutory requirements as required by the customer.
Essential Skills
+ Purchasing experience.
+ High school diploma.
+ 3 years of job-related experience in the electronics industry.
+ Procurement and purchase order management skills.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ High school diploma.
+ 3 years of job-related experience in the electronics industry.
Work Environment
The work schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $70000.00 - $750000.00/yr.
