Imagine One is seeking a full time hire of a Purchasing Analyst to support our Contracts Department. Knowledge of purchasing and procurement to meet Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) is crucial, and all applicants must be able to speak intelligently on the subject to ensure contract compliance. This position will work under supervision of the Director of Contracts and is expected to be self-reliant in performing required job functions. Duties will incorporate all aspects of purchasing, to include vendor sourcing, obtaining quotes, tracking orders, creating and maintaining purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policy and procedures, performing market research to compare prices and gather information to support procurement decisions, and document and maintain accurate records of purchases. A working knowledge of ODC purchasing is necessary. This position will collaborate with various departments such as finance, operations, and IT to coordinate all contractually required purchasing activities, as well as interacting closely with the Contracts/Subcontracts team and Program personnel. **Education Requirements:** Must have at least an associate degree. Some applicable Contracts courses and/or certifications are a plus. **Experience Requirements:** At least 2 - 4 years relevant experience with purchasing/procurement activities, including some knowledge of FARs and DFARs. ITAR and Government Property experience is an advantage.
