Summary:
Seeking a Production and Inventory Coordinator to manage purchase orders, inventory levels, production schedules, and supplier communications.

Job Requirements:

Experience in inventory management and procurement Knowledge of production processes and scheduling Ability to inspect and manage incoming materials and returns Familiarity with inventory systems and cycle counts Experience coordinating shipments with vendors and customers Proficiency in maintaining part numbers and bills of materials

Job Responsibilities:

Create, monitor, and manage purchase orders and supplier communications Maintain inventory levels, develop forecasts, and manage cycle counts Inspect received materials, update inventory systems, and handle returns Prioritize and oversee production processes and schedules Create and manage production orders, ensuring accuracy in materials, labor, and quantities Coordinate shipments to and from outsourced vendors Maintain part numbers and bills of materials for products Manage customer part orders, production, and shipments

Pay Details: $25.00 to $30.00 per hour
